It helps that they keep good relationships with the insurance adjusters because they certainly corresponded with the insurance companies perfectly; no surprises! They got me covered! The technicians and subs went above and beyond the scope of work. They got my home BETTER than new within ONE MONTH. They got it all dry and put back with premium materials very quickly. No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. I, unfortunately, have had experienced several large water losses in my home and it took other competitors way too long (3-6 months) for mitigation and repairs. I am very glad that I was referred to these great folks and I am happy with Pro-Care Restoration and their work. I have never in 29 years had a team come into my house that were so knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and took time to answer any questions that I had. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! He realized I had the wrong business and helped me figure out who to contact. If I need this type of service in the future I will definitely call his company!
