Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did. Did a great job of cleaning up the mess under house .

During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job! Brandon and all of his crew are absolutely the BEST.

These guys repaired my kitchen after a water leak while on vacation. They were very professional, communicated regularly, had great sub-contractors for some additional work and they took care of all the little details. They worked closely with my insurance company and it made the whole process nice for me. I highly recommend pro-care!

Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! Hi! This is Mary Whitley. I had Pro-Care Restoration come to my home to restore my bedroom from water coming from a stopped up gutter. They did a fantastic job! The rooms (closet and storage room were affected also) were put back together in a better way than I even had them! Look at the photos- their contents division organized and set back all of my belongings EXACTLY as they were prior to the loss! I especially like that they were honest about everything!
