Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. It helps that they keep good relationships with the insurance adjusters because they certainly corresponded with the insurance companies perfectly; no surprises! They got me covered! The technicians and subs went above and beyond the scope of work. They got my home BETTER than new within ONE MONTH. They got it all dry and put back with premium materials very quickly. No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. I, unfortunately, have had experienced several large water losses in my home and it took other competitors way too long (3-6 months) for mitigation and repairs. I am very glad that I was referred to these great folks and I am happy with Pro-Care Restoration and their work. I will ALWAYS refer these folks any chance I get to family and friends and will use them again if an emergency arises again!

We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration
