We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

We had some water damage due to our hot water tank leaking. From our first initial contact with the guys at Pro Care, they were there within a few hours. We had damage to our bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. They were quick to get everything set up to stop more potential damage due to the water leakage. All of these guys were very professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When the repairs started, they were finished within a few days.
