We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

Wanted to spread the word about Pro-Care Restoration. I had a disaster with my dish washer and my daughter called Pro-Care. I have never in 29 years had a team come into my house that were so knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and took time to answer any questions that I had. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! He realized I had the wrong business and helped me figure out who to contact. If I need this type of service in the future I will definitely call his company!
