Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. From the very first phone call that I made- Brandon, Preston and the rest of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful in my home, and delivered a wonderful customer experience from start to finish! Their level of expertise and communication is unmatched. There’s never a convenient time for something like flood damage to happen, but the Pro-Care Restoration team truly went above and beyond in walking with me through this entire process. They worked behind the scenes with my insurance company and took much of that burden off of me as the homeowner. Very professional team! They showed up when they said they would and acted very quickly to repair damage caused by water from the AC in the attic. The work was finished in a very quick time. Very helpful with insurance as well. Thanks!

The response time was immediate. Tyler and Chris stayed until leak was located. Plumber response time was immediate also. Fans were brought in for drying and Pro-Care came every day to check on the progress. If any questions or problems do not hesitate to call us. Kept me informed of the progress. I had a water line drain back up in my entire condo was flooded by the back up.They arrived at my condo within a hour of the call at after 10 pm at night they were 5 people that arrived and there supervisor.They immediately accessed the situation and went to work to stop the water damage and correct the problem. They were non stop till the next morning ,they helped me clean up the towels and blankets I had layed in the floor to try soak up the water.they hauled all these items off and left fans and equipment to pull any moisture out if the condo. They pulled the water damaged carpet pad and sprayed and sealed the floors and walls molding to make sure there were no mold or water issues left. They answered All my questions and concerns about water damage. To make sure I was safe, over the next few days they arrived to take readings and check and make sure there were no mold or more water damage.Unbelievable company and people and quality of work is unmatched. Only company to call if you ever have any issues, I highly recommend this company and would tell you to call no one else.I was so impressed that my company will use them. Darren

These guys repaired my kitchen after a water leak while on vacation. They were very professional, communicated regularly, had great sub-contractors for some additional work and they took care of all the little details. They worked closely with my insurance company and it made the whole process nice for me. I highly recommend pro-care!
