We had some water damage due to our hot water tank leaking. From our first initial contact with the guys at Pro Care, they were there within a few hours. We had damage to our bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. They were quick to get everything set up to stop more potential damage due to the water leakage. All of these guys were very professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When the repairs started, they were finished within a few days. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! He realized I had the wrong business and helped me figure out who to contact. If I need this type of service in the future I will definitely call his company!
