During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job! Brandon and all of his crew are absolutely the BEST.

We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

DON'T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE FOR EMERGENCY HOME/BUSINESS REPAIRS. This team is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I have made a relationship and gained a trusted advisor and friend with this company. The Pro-Care crew was very professional with my loss from start to finish. It helps that they keep good relationships with the insurance adjusters because they certainly corresponded with the insurance companies perfectly; no surprises! They got me covered! The technicians and subs went above and beyond the scope of work. They got my home BETTER than new within ONE MONTH. They got it all dry and put back with premium materials very quickly. No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. I, unfortunately, have had experienced several large water losses in my home and it took other competitors way too long (3-6 months) for mitigation and repairs. I am very glad that I was referred to these great folks and I am happy with Pro-Care Restoration and their work. I will ALWAYS refer these folks any chance I get to family and friends and will use them again if an emergency arises again!

Preston was really quick responding when we had water issues in our basement. Situation resolved and permanent solution recommended. In the show room Madison listened carefully to our situation and recommended options to upgrade our flooring. Her advice was detailed and convincing but not pushy or aggressive. These people are competent and professional but still friendly and patient. Highly recommend

These guys repaired my kitchen after a water leak while on vacation. They were very professional, communicated regularly, had great sub-contractors for some additional work and they took care of all the little details. They worked closely with my insurance company and it made the whole process nice for me. I highly recommend pro-care!
