Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did. The response time was immediate. Tyler and Chris stayed until leak was located. Plumber response time was immediate also. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! He realized I had the wrong business and helped me figure out who to contact. If I need this type of service in the future I will definitely call his company!
