Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. From the very first phone call that I made- Brandon, Preston and the rest of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful in my home, and delivered a wonderful customer experience from start to finish! Their level of expertise and communication is unmatched. There’s never a convenient time for something like flood damage to happen, but the Pro-Care Restoration team truly went above and beyond in walking with me through this entire process. They worked behind the scenes with my insurance company and took much of that burden off of me as the homeowner. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished! He realized I had the wrong business and helped me figure out who to contact. If I need this type of service in the future I will definitely call his company!
