Wanted to spread the word about Pro-Care Restoration. I had a disaster with my dish washer and my daughter called Pro-Care. I have never in 29 years had a team come into my house that were so knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and took time to answer any questions that I had. They had everything under control quickly. The entire team was awesome. Thank you Pro-Care Restoration and Preston for making this unexpected situation less stressful for me.

During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job! Brandon and all of his crew are absolutely the BEST.

Very prompt service, gave continuous feedback. The feedback was not just documented but verbally communicated in a manner we understood. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable yet just easy to talk. My husband and I appreciated both Ken and Brandon.

We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

Lyn was very responsive to my cry for help, very professional, and very knowledgeable as well. He did what he said he was going to do and made the problem go away. Thank you, Raxxar!! Preston was really quick responding when we had water issues in our basement. Situation resolved and permanent solution recommended. In the show room Madison listened carefully to our situation and recommended options to upgrade our flooring. Her advice was detailed and convincing but not pushy or aggressive. These people are competent and professional but still friendly and patient. Highly recommend

Hi! This is Mary Whitley. I had Pro-Care Restoration come to my home to restore my bedroom from water coming from a stopped up gutter. They did a fantastic job! The rooms (closet and storage room were affected also) were put back together in a better way than I even had them! Look at the photos- their contents division organized and set back all of my belongings EXACTLY as they were prior to the loss! I especially like that they were honest about everything!

The guys were all very professional and came in and went right to work. Very pleased. Would recommend to others.
