I had a water leak under concrete slab. Services included vacuuming up water, drying out carpet, laminate and cabinets; along with replacing flooring. Very professional company.

We had some water damage due to our hot water tank leaking. From our first initial contact with the guys at Pro Care, they were there within a few hours. We had damage to our bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. They were quick to get everything set up to stop more potential damage due to the water leakage. All of these guys were very professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When the repairs started, they were finished within a few days. Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ and Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with.

During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job! Brandon and all of his crew are absolutely the BEST.

I had a water line drain back up in my entire condo was flooded by the back up.They arrived at my condo within a hour of the call at after 10 pm at night they were 5 people that arrived and there supervisor.They immediately accessed the situation and went to work to stop the water damage and correct the problem. They were non stop till the next morning ,they helped me clean up the towels and blankets I had layed in the floor to try soak up the water.they hauled all these items off and left fans and equipment to pull any moisture out if the condo. They pulled the water damaged carpet pad and sprayed and sealed the floors and walls molding to make sure there were no mold or water issues left. They answered All my questions and concerns about water damage. To make sure I was safe, over the next few days they arrived to take readings and check and make sure there were no mold or more water damage.Unbelievable company and people and quality of work is unmatched. Only company to call if you ever have any issues, I highly recommend this company and would tell you to call no one else.I was so impressed that my company will use them. Darren

Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did.
