These guys repaired my kitchen after a water leak while on vacation. Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did. Also, every team member was friendly, professional, and in touch throughout the entire process. Thanks ProCare!

Fast response, professional service

We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration
