Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did. Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. From the very first phone call that I made- Brandon, Preston and the rest of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful in my home, and delivered a wonderful customer experience from start to finish! Their level of expertise and communication is unmatched. There’s never a convenient time for something like flood damage to happen, but the Pro-Care Restoration team truly went above and beyond in walking with me through this entire process. They worked behind the scenes with my insurance company and took much of that burden off of me as the homeowner. Pro-Care Restoration responded immediately to my call after a tree crushed part of my roof. They came over right away and covered the gigantic hole in my roof and attic wall so the rain could not get in to do more damage. Then they coordinated the tree removal with a wonderful tree service, Holliday Landscape & Tree. They brought out a structural engineer to assess the damage and worked with my Allstate Insurance company. Pro-Care is an excellent company that is extremely responsive and professional. They rescued me after this horrific trama to my home. I highly recommend them for your emergency needs on your home.

Preston was really quick responding when we had water issues in our basement. Situation resolved and permanent solution recommended. In the show room Madison listened carefully to our situation and recommended options to upgrade our flooring. Her advice was detailed and convincing but not pushy or aggressive. These people are competent and professional but still friendly and patient. Highly recommend
