Hi! This is Mary Whitley. I had Pro-Care Restoration come to my home to restore my bedroom from water coming from a stopped up gutter. They did a fantastic job! The rooms (closet and storage room were affected also) were put back together in a better way than I even had them! Look at the photos- their contents division organized and set back all of my belongings EXACTLY as they were prior to the loss! I especially like that they were honest about everything!

I had a water leak under concrete slab. Services included vacuuming up water, drying out carpet, laminate and cabinets; along with replacing flooring. Very professional company.

Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. From the very first phone call that I made- Brandon, Preston and the rest of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful in my home, and delivered a wonderful customer experience from start to finish! There’s never a convenient time for something like flood damage to happen, but the Pro-Care Restoration team truly went above and beyond in walking with me through this entire process. They worked behind the scenes with my insurance company and took much of that burden off of me as the homeowner. Very professional and responded very quickly. They were also very thorough with great attention to detail. Really appreciate how clean they kept the damaged area with no drywall dust and pieces left on the floor. Would definitely recommend.
