The response time was immediate. Tyler and Chris stayed until leak was located. Plumber response time was immediate also. Fans were brought in for drying and Pro-Care came every day to check on the progress. If any questions or problems do not hesitate to call us. Kept me informed of the progress. Wanted to spread the word about Pro-Care Restoration. I had a disaster with my dish washer and my daughter called Pro-Care. I have never in 29 years had a team come into my house that were so knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and took time to answer any questions that I had. I reached out to Raxxar on social media as I was having a problem with a website right in the middle of a launch. Lyn was very responsive to my cry for help, very professional, and very knowledgeable as well. He did what he said he was going to do and made the problem go away. Thank you, Raxxar!! Pro-Care was very quick to my water mitigation request. They came out the same day that I submitted my claim, which I really appreciated because I was fearful of further water damage and rampant mold issues. They acted quickly, efficiently, and allayed my fears. Also, the project manager visited daily to check the progress of the drying. Once approved for repairs from my insurance company, they were quick to fix my floor, floor molding, paint, and additional request of rerouting my dryer vent. The repair process took less than 2 days total. The team that did the repairs did a thorough and beautiful job! They took a bad situation (my washing machine leaked through the floor and into my basement), and made it look like a remodel. I am very happy with the job they did.
