It helps that they keep good relationships with the insurance adjusters because they certainly corresponded with the insurance companies perfectly; no surprises! They got me covered! No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. We walked into a floor full of water from a burst pipe at 7:30p. The Pro-Care Restoration Team (Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ & Chris) arrived very shortly thereafter and the magic began. They immediately began testing for moisture, cutting the sheet rock and determined the cause. CJ capped the damaged pipe so we would have water until the Plummer could arrive the next day. Strategically places fans started the drying process. The entire team was hard working, professional, courteous, sympathetic to our situation. We HIGHLY recommend Pro-Care Restoration

The response time was immediate. Tyler and Chris stayed until leak was located. Plumber response time was immediate also.
