No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. Preston was really quick responding when we had water issues in our basement. Situation resolved and permanent solution recommended. In the show room Madison listened carefully to our situation and recommended options to upgrade our flooring. Her advice was detailed and convincing but not pushy or aggressive. During hurricane Ian, a gigantic tree fell on my townhouse. Going through the roof, attic and into two bedroom upstairs. Causing damage to the ceiling in the lower level rooms. After calling 911, while the fire department was still there, I called Pro Care and spoke directly to Brandon. Not only did he help calm me from an awful situation he promised to be out as soon as the weather permitted. He also talked with one of the fire people to get a better understanding of the damage. True to his word, he and is crew were there early the next morning. Brandon immediately went to work making arrangements for a crane to remove the tree. His crew went immediately to work taking out all the damaged walls, carpet and doing the very best to minimize the damage. Even tho I am unable to stay in my home, I feel so very fortunate to have ProCare on the job! Brandon and all of his crew are absolutely the BEST.
