No hold-ups either, even with all the supply chain shortages. I, unfortunately, have had experienced several large water losses in my home and it took other competitors way too long (3-6 months) for mitigation and repairs. I am very glad that I was referred to these great folks and I am happy with Pro-Care Restoration and their work. Very responsive and professional owner! I had a problem with a job done by a company that had a similar name and reached out to this company by mistake. The owner called me within a few hours on a Sunday morning and listened to my whole complaint with empathy. He was ready to come and make it right immediately. I was astonished!
