Pro-Care Restoration did a wonderful job restoring my home after recent flood damage occurred. From the very first phone call that I made- Brandon, Preston and the rest of the team were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful in my home, and delivered a wonderful customer experience from start to finish! Their level of expertise and communication is unmatched. There’s never a convenient time for something like flood damage to happen, but the Pro-Care Restoration team truly went above and beyond in walking with me through this entire process. They worked behind the scenes with my insurance company and took much of that burden off of me as the homeowner. I am truly thankful that I came across this company and will recommend their services to anyone I know that is in need!

Pro-Care Restoration responded immediately to my call after a tree crushed part of my roof. They came over right away and covered the gigantic hole in my roof and attic wall so the rain could not get in to do more damage. Then they coordinated the tree removal with a wonderful tree service, Holliday Landscape & Tree. They brought out a structural engineer to assess the damage and worked with my Allstate Insurance company. Pro-Care is an excellent company that is extremely responsive and professional. They rescued me after this horrific trama to my home. I highly recommend them for your emergency needs on your home.

Wanted to spread the word about Pro-Care Restoration. I had a disaster with my dish washer and my daughter called Pro-Care. I have never in 29 years had a team come into my house that were so knowledgeable, professional, well mannered and took time to answer any questions that I had. We had some water damage due to our hot water tank leaking. From our first initial contact with the guys at Pro Care, they were there within a few hours. We had damage to our bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. They were quick to get everything set up to stop more potential damage due to the water leakage. All of these guys were very professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. When the repairs started, they were finished within a few days. Ken, Brandon, Tyler, CJ and Michael were an absolute pleasure to work with.
